A new Smart Connector for Box allows TapClicks to obtain data from your files on Box, and use that data in your dashboards for reporting purposes.

Microsoft One Drive
A new Smart Connector for Microsoft One Drive allows TapClicks to obtain data from your files on One Drive and use that data in your dashboards for reporting purposes.
Microsoft OneDrive is a file hosting service and synchronization service operated by Microsoft as part of its web version of Office.

This connector enables Clients to connect to Shopify data if they are leveraging Shopify as part of their marketing mix.

Data Source Specific Updates
AppNexus & AppNexus IO
New Fields Added – Two new fields, Post View and Post Click Conversions Cross Device, are available on all data views in AppNexus & AppNexus IO. The addition of these fields allows you to create new visualizations for reporting.
CallRail
New Data View – Adds a new data view called Form Submissions for you to see your form fill details along with where the form fill originated. This data is also configured to populate the TapClicks Leads Management module.
You can see how many form fills come in from different channels of this data source to see which channels are performing the best.
Google Ad Manager
New Fields Added – We have exposed three new revenue fields that can be used in visualizations for reporting. The new fields are Total CPM and CPC revenue, Ad server CPM and CPC revenue, and Ad Exchange revenue in the following data views for Google Ad Manager.

Source Line Item ID exposed in Orders Page – When a line item is pushed successfully to Google Ad Manager, the Tap system will fetch the source line item ID and display it in our system, on the Line Item view page. Users can click on the ID listed as GAM Lineitem Id, which takes them to Google Ad Manager and open the line item for them, provided they are signed in to the appropriate GAM account.
This was built for easy accessibility to destination platform objects between systems.
New Data View (available by Request Only) – A new data view offers a combination of dimensions (Request Type and Device Category) against standard performance metrics such as Impressions and Clicks.
Simpli.fi & Simpli.fi FTP
New Fields Added to Campaigns Data View – Two new fields, View Through and Click Through Conversions are exposed in the Campaigns data view for Simpli.fi. These fields on the Campaigns data views allow you to create additional visualizations for reporting.
New Field Added to Ads Data View – A new field, Ad File Type, on the Ads data view for Simpli.fi. This field allows you to create visualizations with additional grouping/filter options.
New Field Added to Postal Code Data View (available by Request Only) – A new field, City, is exposed in the Postal Code data view for Simpli.fi. For clients using this data view, 30 days of data will be backfilled, and this new field can be accessed in your visualizations.
SnapChat Specific
New Fields Added (available by Request Only) – New conversion fields, listed below, have been exposed on the Campaigns, Ad Squads, and Ads data views for SnapChat. This field allows you to create visualizations with additional grouping/filter options. These conversion fields allow you to create additional visualizations for reporting.

Yext Enhanced
New Fields Added – The following three new fields have been exposed in the Sites data view for Yext Enhanced:

The addition of these fields in the Sites data view allows you to create additional visualizations for reporting.
Smart Connector Updates
Most Recent Value Operation Enabled
You now have a new operation type when configuring fields in a smart connector. A field configured with the Most Recent Value operator will only show the latest entry in the data range on screen.
Platform Specific Updates
Bulk Status and Action Changes
You now have the ability to do bulk status and action changes.
To perform Changes:
1. In the left pane, select Status Management to view the Admin Tools.
2. Click the Bulk Changes button to view the bulk change page (shown in the screenshot).
3. Click the What you want to do dropdown to open the list of options you can perform:
Cancel, Complete, Change Status, Throw Actions, Reset Workflow.
- Cancel - cancels that item and any task associated with it (Orders, Line Items, or Tasks).
- Complete - marks all associated objects complete also.
- Change Status - can change status of Orders, Line Items, or Tasks. Then select the statuses you want to change. Selecting this only changes the status, it does not run the actions or the APIs behind the items.
- Throw Actions - while doing workflow updates, this option allows you to throw actions to move a user that is in a workflow to the point where they need to be.
- Reset Workflow - bulk reset the workflow, often due to a change or mistake made in a process.
4. Fill out the remaining fields as needed. (The Enter IDs field allows you to specify the orders, line items, or tasks that the action is targeted at. The Execute button runs the options you specify on the page.)
Reset in-flight Workflow to Newest Workflow
When workflows were previously reset, they would reset back to the version of the workflow for which it was originally started on. This new functionality will put the restarted workflow onto the newest version of that object workflow.
