TapClicks Platform
Full NAICS Industry Name Display
Users can now view full industry names in the NAICS Industry field when hovering. This enhancement eliminates truncation issues by making long industry descriptions visible and streamlines client data analysis in the Clients Module.
Enhanced Audit Logs for Scheduled Reports
We have improved Scheduled Report Audit Logs by adding key date fields, including Send Date, Report Date, Start Date, and End Date. This update gives Super Admin users greater transparency into report execution timelines, making it easier to track scheduled reports and troubleshoot discrepancies.

New Predefined Dashboard Templates
We have introduced new predefined dashboard templates for the following data sources:

These ready-to-use dashboards help users quickly analyze campaign and business performance with minimal setup. The templates contain key performance indicators (KPIs), visualizations, and insights tailored to each platform.
Widgets
Cluster Plot Functionality in TapMap Widget
The TapMap widget now supports a cluster plot capability, that enhances geographical data visualization. A new "Show Metric Value?" toggle allows users to display metric values inside cluster bubbles, which dynamically adjust in size based on aggregated metric values. This update improves insights into data distribution across different geo-layers such as country, state, city, DMA, Congressional District, county, or zip code.
Improved Visualization of Ranking Metrics in Sparklines
Visualization of ranking metrics in native data sources like New Raven Rank Tracking, Semrush, and Boostability within sparklines of Big Number and Data Grid widgets has been enhanced. Rank improvements now appear with an upward-trending graph, while rank drops display a downward-trending graph. This update aligns visualization patterns with user expectations, reducing analysis time and improving decision-making efficiency.
TapMaps with Smart Connector Data
We have significantly upgraded our Geo-mapping capabilities by integrating TapMap with Smart Connector data. This update introduces new mapping layers: US City, US Zip Code, US Designated Market Area (DMA), US Congressional Districts, and US County. These enhancements deliver advanced customization options, detailed insights down to the zip code level, and efficient data management by automatically hiding unavailable layers and ensuring compatibility with existing data sources. To use this feature, simply configure your Smart Connector’s Geo Configuration Section and build a TapMap widget. For more information on setting up Geo-mapping in Smart Connector, please refer to How to Use Smart Connector Geo-Settings.
TapOrders
Role-Based User Dropdowns
Dropdowns in New TapOrders now display user lists based on the logged-in user's permissions. This ensures that only authorized users appear in selection lists, improving accuracy and streamlining order management.
API Enhancements for Task Management
Users with access to the TapClicks API can now update task due dates and retrieve a list of tasks assigned to specific users. This enhancement simplifies task management and improves workflow automation within the TapClicks platform.
Granular User Type Lists
We have improved user selection in Orders & Workflow by breaking user lists into more granular categories. Previously, user lists were grouped broadly, making selection less precise. This update provides better control over user assignments in forms and workflows.
Round-Robin Task Assignment Enhancement
To ensure tasks are never left unassigned, we have introduced a fallback mechanism for Round-Robin Task Assignment. If a task does not meet specific assignment criteria, it will be assigned automatically using a round-robin approach, improving overall task management reliability.
Instant On Connectors
Criteo Retail - New Connector
A new Criteo Retail connector has been released, allowing users to track supply and demand data across their advertising channels. This integration enables businesses to gain a more comprehensive view of their marketing efforts and optimize performance across multiple platforms.
Google Local Services - Connector Deprecation
We are discontinuing support for the Google Local Services connector due to recent Google API changes. This deprecation ensures our platform remains aligned with the latest API standards while maintaining compatibility with other Google Ads services. Data related to Google Local Services Ads is still available via the native Google Ads connector. To access leads-related data, users can request to enable the Local Service Leads data view under Google Ads.
LinkedIn Ads - New Fields
We have expanded reporting capabilities within LinkedIn Ads by adding new fields to the Campaigns, Conversions, Creatives, and Devices data views. These updates include Document View Rate, Document Completion Metrics (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%), and Engagement Rate, offering deeper insights into document ad performance.
Google Ads - API Update
We have updated our API integration for Google Ads data sources for compatibility with the most current version. This update prevents potential service disruptions, ensuring continuous, reliable access to vital campaign data.

LinkedIn Pages - API Update
We have upgraded the LinkedIn Pages connector to the 202411 API version. This ensures that our platform is utilizing the most current and supported API, enhancing the long-term scalability and reliability of our data integration.
Instagram Professional - API Update
We have upgraded the Instagram Professional connector to the V20 API version. This update ensures that our platform remains compatible with the latest API standards, providing better data accuracy and system reliability.
Facebook Insights - API Update
We have upgraded the Facebook Insights connector to the V21 API version. By maintaining alignment with the latest API updates, this enhancement improves data accessibility and ensures continued seamless integration.
Facebook Ads - API Update
We have upgraded the Facebook Ads connector to the V21 API version. This upgrade ensures long-term API support, reducing the risk of disruptions while improving data synchronization and reporting accuracy.
Push Connectors
Triton TAP Push Connector - Creative Manager Feature
The Triton TAP Push Connector now supports the Triton Creative Manager feature, enabling users to upload creatives, assign them to groups, set split allocations, and upload companion banners. This improvement streamlines ad management and enhances campaign execution.
Triton TAP Push Connector - Enhanced Listener Targeting
We have introduced enhanced "Listener Targeting" capabilities in the Triton TAP Push Connector. Users can now select targeting options based on geographic location, age, and demographic details. This update simplifies campaign setup and improves the precision of audience targeting for more effective advertising outcomes.
